The ancient aura of essential oils make them marvelous for empowered meditation. Cedarwood, sandalwood, frankincense, benzoin and others inspire stillness, expanded insight and spiritual bliss. Heavenly as a perfume too.
Put a few drops into the palms of the hands and rub together. Inhale deeply before meditating.
May be put into an aroma lamp. Not to be used in an electric diffuser. May be worn directly on the skin as a perfume. Lovely in massage oil or the bath.
Ingredients: Styrax benzoin (benzoin), Santalum album (sandalwood), Boswellia carterii (frankincense), Picea mariana (black spruce), Cedrus atlantica (cedarwood)
